i got a 97 gsr, i/h/e, chipped ecu. which cams will respond better? or will there even be any difference with either one? and do i need to use the itr or ctr springs and retainers?

 

it is not necessary to upgrade valvetrain for oem cams but it is recommended

here is the list from least to most agressive for the oem cams

96-97 JDM ITR, 98+ spec JDM ITR and 97-98 USDM ITR (same profiles), 96-00 CTR and 00-01 USDM ITR (same profiles)
