Default Unchipping a PR3 ECU

Okay, my crx won't pass smog with my chipped PR3...too rich. I'm running OBD0 with 1 o2 sensor, cat, etc. How can I unchip my PR3? Is it soldered in?

If it is truly chipped it should already have a socket. Just pop the stock chip back in there if you have it, if you don't well your going to have to find someone to burn one for you.

Also if you are running a jdm motor with your pr3 you might as well wire up the second o2 it will run better anyways.

Yeah but I haven't cracked it open yet. I know VTEC hits at 5300 or so and I don't know if it has a redline. It would be nice if someone could edit the existing chip and just lean it out. Any recommendations on who to go to in the South Bay/LA area?

Look at the tuner list in the FI section, I think it is. Or on http://www.pgmfi.org
