Default Help with parts for the S2000

I'm debating on what parts to go with my car. I want to know what do you guys think about this setup:

Setup 1:


OR Setup 2:
Original OEM Honda Lip

oem lip, maybe jdm headlights..... that's it!

I hate s2k's that are modded up with lots of **** on it. looks gay. those mirrors are gay and you can't see **** out of them. all you need is a nice drop (not slammed), nice wheels, front lip, maybe a decent exhaust, and that's about it. clean & simple ftw.
