fuel pump info?

i just bought a used gas tank with fuel pump from a 91 4 door ls, and i have a 92 gsr i was wondering if the fuel pump from a gsr was different if they use the same one in all the gas tanks.

are gsr and ls fuel pumps the same need to know asap

they should be the same, but i would use the pump you were running from the 92. you cant tell if the pump from the 91 has or will have problems. just my 0.02 cents

Just get a walbro 255 on here for 100 bucks shipped. It won't have any problems and if you ever need more fuel (turbo, all motor, ect.) then you won't have to drop the tank and do it.
