I'm doing power windows and lock conversion on my hatch. As of now, I got both the door harness and the underdash harness installed. All plugs are in, its just this one plug that got me stumped.

I got the harness from a ex coupe, and the plug came with the harness...but the wires coming out of the harness was cut. I don't know if this plug is needed since it wasn't stated in the site and thread I was using as resources.

Here are pics of the plug. Its the plug on top of the fuse panel.

i think those are speaker wires .. not 100% sure though

 

but the car won't start if I unplug the plug.

 

that's wierd, cause those wire colors are exact matches for the speaker wire colors

 

never mind...found out I don't need to use that plug for power windows. But yeah, found the problem to why the power window wasn't working.
