hottest spot in california?.., 209 (modesto/stockton) is number one in the us for stolen cars/parts

 

wow, stockton is that bad? i have lived in stockton for a while and nothing has happened. however i stayed in sac for a few months and got jacked.

 

because 916 sacramento is next city known for theives after stockton.

they are up in the ranks cause the city is hella big
