ANYWAY TO REMOVE ZYMOL/WAX??
sorry about making this post, but i'm a noob at waxing my car... honestly my paint was so cheap i was like...w.e
...so the other day i notice little swirl marks on my carbon hood. Being a novice ... i thought "hey maybe i can wax them out/ buff them out" I used a lil zymol on a 1/4 of my hood, waited til it dried, and now there is a turqouise haze...SIGH
anyone know it this will eventually dry off or i can do anything about it?

the dish detergent takes off the wax, so you'll be left only with the clearcoat on the CF hood.
id look around the forums and see what people use to rewax the hood. you dont wanna leave it waxless and expose the clear coat to the elements.
i hear klasse is quite a good brand to go with.

did you wipe off the wax after applying it ?
if you didnt you need to read the back of the zymol bottle for its instructions on how to wax a car
after any wax it leaves a haze for you to wipe off clean
if it is a haze after using wax then ekcivic9 is right about dish washing soap

it's like my hood was already hazy and the Zymol made it a turqoise haze. so in conlusion...
dish detergent. then wax again...should remove that turqoize hue?

washing your hood with the dishwashing soap/liquid will remove that turqoise haze
waxing it after washing it will seal your hood...its just like waxing the rest of your car...
since you would wash your car with the dishwashing liquid, it will remove pretty much everything down to the clearcoat, therefore waxing it will protect the clearcoat from fading and flaking over time

Maybe it was what you were using to wipe it off because I have NEVER heard that happen before nor have I seen it. Try using micro fiber towels, you'll never use anything else ever again after using them.

Read the zymol bottle, you're not supposed to let it dry, I believe it says apply in small 2x2 ft areas and wipe right off, and combined with water even better. READ the directions is your best bet.
