miata slammed, finally!
finally got to slam the miata with koni's/gc's. probably have less than an inch of shock travel remaining before the cut bump stop hits, but it still seems to perform great, and koni's aren't sensitive to shaft position so all is well. things will be even better when i order the extended top hats for the rear and gain the extra shock travel i need to drop the rear another 1/4-1/2" or so.
i also recently finished the first coat of paint using 50 dollar paint job method, with the exception of the front bumper and the rear panel where the frankenstien(hardtop) bolts are at, which still need their first coat of paint. i have a couple more coats to do, and a lot of wet sanding/polishing with a random orbital buffer.
first i shall provide a straight shot on flat ground so you ****** don't try and call me out for fake slammage using off balance terrain in the beach shots.

and now for my typical coastal shots. we took a drive from woodside to the coast via hwy 84, lots of very tight twisties ftw
found others in an m coupe, a ford gt, a ferrari or two, but no elise's up in them hills today

thanks for viewing, have a great weekend
stay tuned as the small things get taken care of, cleaning up the lights, making all of the black trim nice and new again...etc.

unlike honda, most of the cars out there does not like to be slammed/dumped.

yeah i definately can't argue with you on that one. i am going to get aftermarket top hats to temporarily remedy the problem, and then save for some good coilovers so i can slam it and retain FULL suspension travel. i'd like to do it right.

the ssr's don't look nearly as hard, but at least they have much more bling factor
