Removing the alternator belt.?

Default Removing the alternator belt.?

To remove the alternator belt, do you just remove the sliding bolt on the top, and then just pry the alternator closer to you, and the belt will just slide off?? or is there more to it than that? Help please..

there is also a bottom mounting bolt...undo the nut on it...so it can pivot freely

yup...and if i remember correctly, there was another belt you need to take off that is in the way..power steering or ac...dont remember
