Default How to (quickly) rollback my odometer?

How can I roll my odometer quickly? And I'm not using a drill. I tried doing it by thumb for about an hour, got 1000 miles done and I need to go from 208,000 to 110,900. I calculated that it would take 4.4 days rolling non-stop.

IMO, don't ask for help for anything that's illegal.

i assume you have a 92-95 model. if so, there's 4 philips screw (i believe 4) thats holding the speedo in place on the backside of the cluster. remove those screw and swap them out. no more then 5 minutes.

yeah i was doin the roll back on my Si cluster (i ahve a DX) then i realized, why not just take out the speedo and replace it? voila, three phillips screws from the back of the clusters and i was a happy camper with accurate mileage and a tach. now the tach is off, and i hear that's normal. very tempted to get the ricer central fatty tach now. lol

at least you can get a bright light to remind you to shift before your engine explodes

I like the way you say "refer to that thread" like it matters. It's still illegal. Then again a cluster swap is illegal except nobody enforces it, thank god they don't have VIN #'s on clusters or u CA people would be screwed .

Yes, but people were probably more likely to help if I explained it a little more. I don't care if it's illegal.

easiest way is to just swap the entire speedometer out from the old one to the new one.
