Default apexi power fc

is it possible to use a power fc for a b16b on a b16 and just tune it out since they only make the power fc for a b16b and b18c5. i heard it is a really good computer setup so i was thinking about using it on my supercharged b16

Yes, but your set up needs to be OBD II. My car is OBD I, so I used a jumper harness from Jacob at JKOBD.com which is now Rywire, to "jump up" to OBD II. It's an outstanding management set up.

That's all you need, and you're set to tune (I jumped to OBD IIa). The first few times I tuned with Church Automotive, he used the commander, as that's all I had, but after my friend became an authorized Apexi dealer and got the program to tune via laptop, we realized there was plenty of flexibility we were missing out on using just the commander. If you have access, I highly recommend going to an authorized dealer that can laptop tune for you with the power program, it's well worth it.
