88-89 door moulding removal

how do i safely take it off the door with out riping it off?

Take the "door card" out... 5 screws... and "pop" it off...look inside the door and there wil be clips that follow the moulding inside the door. Use needle nose pliers and "push" them out.

Done.

Sorry about the bad explaination but that's about as explanitory as I can get...

Anyone else?
