I'm having the exact same problem...we gotta get this one figured out.
I resoldered the relay and still only once click and no fuel pump prime(second click.)
Put my relay in a friends car and it started just fine. Jumped terminal 1 and 7 and the pump primed no problem. Car is turning over fine.

See if there is power coming from the main relay(yellow/green wire runs to the fuel pump).

If there is power coming from the MR, check for power at the yellow/green wire at the fuel pump.
--if there is no power, check the contiutiy from the yel/grn at the MR to the yel/grn at the fuel pump. If there is no cont then you have a problem with the wire.
--if there is power at pump, but it does not run, check the ground. If the ground is good, the pump is probably bad.

i had the same problem. It turned out that everytime i turned the key it blew the ECU fuse in the engine bay. My problem was that there was a short in the engine bay. Does it keep blowing your Ecu FUSE????(very important)

Connect the fuel problem straight to power do you hear it turn on? if you do then ur problem will be in the wiring from the relay to the pump.
