Civic coupe exsist in Japan

Do the 96-00 civic coupes exsist in Japan? Ive never seen one.

no the civic coupe does not exist in Japan. From what I read, any version of the civic coupe from 92-00 is a united states/canadian model only.

Coupes are made in the US, and exported to Japan.

96-98 bodystyle chassis code EJ7. Sold from Jan 96 to Dec 98. Limited in #s sold (I think...around 2000 or so?). 1.6l sohc vtec and available in CVT automatic only. Yes, like the EJ1 they were made in the US. Unlike the US model they got thin side moldings, no orange reflector in the headlights, has the sidemarker in the fender, no sidemarker in the tail lights, blah blah blah the usual USDM/JDM differences.
