it seems that i've seen pics of 4 door integras with and without rear split folding seats. which do and which don't.

also, when they fold down, do they make a good "flatbed" back there? or is there a big hump and an angled bed (2g or 3g tegs)? I'm trying to come up with a honda that i can sleep in the back of without springing for an Element.

my '92 3 door is a little short for sleeping in with the seats folded down, and the "bed' isn't quite flat either.

anyways, i have a 95 4dr w/o split folding rear seats and you do get that angle effect with the seats down.

And actually, I think a 2dr 3rd gen would have a bigger back area since it's a hatch,
but either way, it won't be all that much for sleeping in.

this thread is kinda like the guy that wanted to live in the back of his scion and cut a hole in the floor to **** out of

 

The 4 dr rear seats fold down together. There not split in the middle. It would be better to lay in a hatch, Since half of your body would be in the car and the other half would be in the trunk.

 

thanks guys, my real interest is in camping, and i hate sleeping in tents. i was considering 4 door over 2, mostly for a more secure roof rack for a kayak. the 2 door g3 doesn't have much roof.
