Default Lower ball joint castle nut wont budge. How to make a removal easy?

I have a 2 foot breaker bar on it and it still wont budge. I am putting all my weight into it and it wont move.

How do the mechanics do it so easy. I already tried my air tools too.

Yep, I did. I am going to let it soak with wd40. If anybody has any pointer please post them up.

hahaha...I broke two breaker bars...trying to get mine off (luckly it was auto zones' and not mine LOL) ...I even torched it... still wont bugde. I just ended up taking it to the shop and have them take it off... they used a tourqe gun or whatever to take it off... some thousand ft/tq....gun... Just have a shop do it...sure it may cost money, its better than breaking things on your car...

this past weekend i had the same exact problem, both the castle nut and the spindle nut, i had a 4 foot pipe on the end of a 3/4" foot and a half long ratchet on that thing and it would not budge, even with two 300 pound fat guys on it. air tools didnt do a thing to it either

well, the castle nut eventually got stripped. and the only way i saw it coming off was with the air chisel. if you've got one, try and use it, just dont mess up what its bolted to

Just keep making your breaker bar even longer with more pipes. It WILL eventually break with the proper amount of torque.

Either that, or one of the pipes will slip, causing the rest of them to start flying...

I/R 1/2" titanium inpact gun FTW. only thing i found that could get my crankbolt loose. (it was stronger than the 1" inpact that i had to borrow from a friend that works on semi's.)
