Main relay, the contact points are weak and tend to not make contact in extreme heat. It is located by your left knee behind the coin tray(When you sit in the drivers seat). If you pull that out you should be able to see a grey box and it is held in by a 10 mm bolt. You can open the box but a new one is around 50$. I am 99% sure that is the problem

If you search, there is a procedure on the net somewhere that tells you how to resolder the contacts in the main relay. I had a similar problem in my DA.

thanks alot for your help i had the relay replaced less than a year ago and it turns out to be the fuel pump. i found out that the Walbro Pumps only last about a yr or so and i've had it for bout 2 yrs now. so i already got one. just really surprised thats all they last for, i would've expected more reliability than just 2 years.

WELL JUS TO DO A REPOST IT WASN'T MY FUEL PUMP SO I SOLD IT BACK AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER FUSE THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE FUEL LINE RUNNING INTO THE FUEL PUMP. WHEN WE RE DID ALL THE WIRING THE SHOP HAD ADDED A FUSE TO THE WIRING AND THAT FUSE ACTUALLY CRACKED BUT WOULD STILL WORK IF IT WAS TOUCHING AND SHUT OFF THATS Y MY CAR WOULD BE WORKIN ON AN OFF
