car wont start with key

Default car wont start with key

need help my car wont start with the key i jumped the clucth swicth and still doing it. i dont wont to run a switch to start my car so please help

the car runs fine but i have to jump the soliond on the starter to get the car to start but the starter is good and i dont want to run a switch to start it

Check the starter solenoid!! It should click when you turn the key to the on position I believe.

BTW, its down by the hood release.

a problem that i had with my car the key turned on and everything but it diddnt start and i found out that, on the back of the ignition is a white switch that bolts to the ignition with 2 screwes on mine one of the screwes came out, and so when i turned the key on it diddnt turn that switch all they way so check that...

i believe its your clutch switch. the rubber thing that pushes the switch must have broken off you can tape a coin to the pedal or glue one on like a nickel. hope that helps. cause thats the same thing that happened to me.
