92 civic... dash, dim, liscence plate lights do not work

92 civic dx ... dash, dim, liscence plate lights do not work...if its fuse 19..its fine......sum one help me..

there's only one fuse under the driver-side panel that is for the instrument lights, if anything else try checking the 7.5 back-up fuse under the hood in the fuse block

then try giving your dimmer switch the ol' love tap a few times, those stupid switches always do that.
