Tried searching for some answers but no luck. When I turn my wheel I hear a clicking sound, is that gunna be the CV Joints? Also I sometimes hear a Whining/Squealing sound when I turn the wheel, would that be my Power Steering (Belt?). I looked around online at other websites so shed some light on me, and approximate prices for each problem please Thanks for any and all input!

The whining noise probably isn't the belt, it sounds like the pump is low on fluid. If it's a squeaking noise then it could be the belt.

If it makes a clicking noise around a corner it's most likely the CV joint. If you haven't done it before there's a writeup on here, link is in one of the axle threads posted today.
