B20 supercharged integra ?
I have a JDM B20B in my 95 teg and its got the B18B crank pulley on it. I plan on installing my JRSC on it. Will the psi be lower than it should be with this pulley? Should I put the B20 pulley back on the motor?
NO, the CR-V crank (B20b crank pulley) will net around 9-10psi on most motors, but the B18b crank pulley will only be aroun 6-7psi. So find a CR-V crank pulley and use it with the rest of your setup...
enjoy.
enjoy.

Sorry, you are wrong. What turns the alternator? Oh wait...the crank pulley. Oh and wait....the B20 and GSRs have different size pulleys on the crankshaft for the alternator (the GSR revs higher, thus they made it so it turns the alternator slightly slower). Thus, by changing the crank pulley, you change how many times the alternator (and supercharger) turn over per crank revolution and effectively raise boost with running a different crank pulley. I'm not sure how you thought the alternator pulley turned the supercharger because it might as well be a tensioner for the S/C pulley that effects nothing at all. You can change the alternator pulley and it wont make a difference on the S/C or crankshaft either.

You have a point. The alternator pulley can be changed in order to alter the gearing between the supercharger pulley and the alternator pulley. Similarly, the crank pulley dictates the speed at which the alternator pulley turns; therefor, you can adjust both in order to get the most out of your JRSC

sorry someone posted on my account n i corrected him on it. both previous posts are right both the altenator pulley n crank pulley to make a diff in how much boost u obtain on a sc. they way it looks to me on the sc kit endyn puts out for the d series that makes 20psi on a jrsc is by a larger crank pulley. im not sure if they use a diff altenator pulley or not. but anyone that can make a sc d series make over 400whp is doin somethin right
