Hi I don't know why but when i turn left my right tires scrape on the top of it Its weird because i use to have a 98 ls and that car was SLAMMED and it didnt scrape when i turn or anything but i just bought this 95 gsr and its not even that lowered and it scrapes. oh yeah and i got ls mesh on please help

Its both of your tires on the right side?

 

It is just my right tires and yeah i'm sure its my tires and no nothing else is weird. I can see where it scrapes at but i don't under stand why it would do that

 

Check to make sure your fender liner is in good and not hanging down too far in any spots.

 

Do you have the same gap between tire and fender on the left and right side of your car when tires are aimed straight?

 

probably your shock is dead when you turn it rubs

 

I'll check to see if its straight or not and i already checked the fender liner. I think it might be because of cheap suspension, when i took out my wheels to see where it was scraping at i saw a scrape mark on the top right....the scrape mark was like shiney metal because the tires scraped all the dirt nd dust out? i don't know but earlier i made a U turn and i smelt a nasty tire burning smell
If i were to take pictures of where its scraping at do u guys think u would have a better idea of whats wrong with my car?

 

i'd prefere the term "rubbing". not "scraping". but whatever. get new coilovers if needed. and like what trick_db says, maybe you have a blown shock.

Is it possible you have tires that are too big?

The proper tire sizes, which shouldn't rub, are:

On 14" wheels: 195/60-14 or 185/65-14
On 15" wheels: 195/55-15 or 205/50-15

 

Maybe your front member is bent or ur tire is 2 big u might need a spacer for that

So it makes a loud squealing noise when you take corners too fast? My guess would be that the previous owner cut the springs.

 

yeah kinda hmm i guess all fingers points to shitty suspension
