I've tried calling you guys 3 times since the 8th of August when I placed my order, you state that you have all applications in stock and ready to ship. You sent me one message in reply after I've tried contacting you by phone, on here and by email and I got one reply back saying to give you until early last week to ship it out. I'd like to get a phone call back from you stating what the heck is going on, if I dont hear back from you by tomorrow I want a refund and I'll be making more posts because H-T buyers shouldn't have to deal with this.
