jdm fit led taillights smoked
I can just imagine though, putting those on and doing all the necessary wiring, and next time something goes wrong on the car the dealer blaming it on your taillights. "Sir, that transmission is connected to the fuse that runs the LED brake lamps. Youre fucked. No warranty."
Well, that is why I always keep my stock parts. Especially when it comes to smog reg. As for the tail lights, I never cut a single stock wire, I make things work with stock.
Plus, I am liking the LED's. Nothing like a bulb with generally a 7 year shelf life. The only thing that scares me is having to replace one of the LED's, and being a chore to get it out.

Yea I really want to get the LEDs as well, but you're going to have to chop up and extend the stock wiring because it won't fit with the LED tails. I like the smoked ones especially but i'll wait past the 3 year/36k before I do that
HID retrofit, LED tails, lightweight wheels, done.

Actually, I tend to custom make my own adapters between the two, rather than cutting anything.
I have the same focus on my car. LED tail lights, black USDM headlamps, CF Hood, CAI, Exhaust, and maybe rims. But I may just keep my stocks on because I will want them in 3 years when my warrenty is up, and I do a K swap, or whatever is better at the time. Oh, and some stiffer rear springs.

It's a valid concern but legally, the dealer has to prove (provide a root cause analysis) that what you did to your car actually caused the failure they're unwilling to pay for.
