Ok here's the story, I got in an accident last winter(T-Bone anyone?) and all I have been doing is fixing it since then. I originally predicted that it would take about 1 month and would cost about a grand, I was wrong. It took just about all summer and costed closer to 2 grand. Ive gone through just about everything that could of possibly gone wrong in this accident, including but not limited to: Upper control arm, Lower control arm, steering knuckle, wheel bearing, shock, tie rods, steering gearbox(real fun), brake swap, srs unit, both airbags, cable reel, steering column, door, fender etc. I am finally in the final week of this renovation and I thought Id post some pics. it may seem like im just beginning but shes come a long way. Enjoy.

when you say SiR lip is it the one off the 96-98 ek's? or just a regular oem ex/si lip off any 92-95 civic?

 

when i say SiR i mean like the one of the Ek's. i am getting a 3in exhaust with the peakboost kit and a 3in. magnaflow muffler. Btw, it helps a lot that EG parts fit in, im pretty sure most of my suspension is from a 1995 EG in Denver, it also helped out a lot that the junkyard close to my house had a red 1993 del sol

 

ohh and the color is a really dark red. its off some chevy i think, ill get more info soon, i just picked it out of a catalog and ill keep this updated as my parts come in, the wheels, lip and corners should be in within the next week. im painting the wheels gold as well

so lets play a game of luck shall we. on the way home from the grocery store my luck turned. i was rollin in my Toyota Previa, and out of nowhere this horrific smell starts smelling (). as i come to a stop sign smoke starts coming out of the engine bay into the cab. i quickly pull over and pop the hood, this terrible smell of burning pepper spray continues. i get a ride home from a friend and now here i am thinkin of what i should do. in any case ive got a feeling it wont end pretty
