Default basic mugen tl questions

i bought my car with mugen headers and apex n1 exhaust. it's on the loud side, but now ive got some money and have done some searching on here and i prefer the mugen twinloops gains along with more moderate sound. my question is what comes with the $900 exhaust? a b pipe? or the muffler section?
next question is i'd like to keep the mugen headers and stock cat. will i experience any bottlenecks or huge loss in power or none bc i already am with the current n1 setup?
last questions are what would you sell a used apex n1 catback for? and do you think a mugen tl would pass houston emissions, i can't find a definitive site for local city ordinances, but i think one exists. also, anyone know what shipping runs on exhausts. has to be around 50-100$.

I'm running the setup YOU WANT. Mugen 4-1 header, sometimes stock cat (gutted) or omni test pipe, then Mugen Twin Loop.

However, I have a supercharger and switcing to the kamikaze headeR since the Mugen headeR has a small *** collector.

Sounds great, not loud at all. But I think its holding me back since i'm FI

I have the RMF header with a shortend cat, and the jdm mugen tl, with no bottle neck. I love my TL, it is quite at idle, and deep but not too loud when you rev up.

well it will come with full cat back.. but it's not true 2.5 " b pipe

i swapped my mugen B pipe with T1R b-pipe with all the bottle neck removed. with TL.. + AnR header

i did check out the hytech twinloop and it looks just as good as the mugen and im sure some would argue it's better. my question is i think it's around 930 and you get a free flowing cat with it too. but with the mugen you just get the bpipe and exhaust section. so for around the same price you get more for your money with the hytech. also, i want to know if that cat with the hytech passes emissions, and since the whole exhaust is 2.5" if it is loud like my apex n1. bc i'm starting to read that while it looks stock(ish) it is loud. and i want something that's not loud. i guess a soundclip would solve this.

Dude, I don't think any company gives you a free cat with their set up. You can prob. buy one from them but free, I dunno. Correct me if I'm wrong.

ok, well i used the SEARCH function on here and there's a ton of people starting threads about what is a quiet powerful exhaust. someone posted up you can't have quiet and powerful unless you have $money. well I have money and want to know what i should do. I was all about the mugen until i researched and the hytech is same design/concept and it comes with a 100k cat. my cat on my car is fine. but if i got the mugen i could have just gotten the hytech for around the same price and it would include a 100k renault cat. this is giving me an ulcer.
