Judging by the topic title I'd say it was stolen. Although he didn't say where or anything. Maybe not, maybe he's just that much more stupid...although I can try to put faith in him, can't I?

He's from Alexandria VI, but yes if his car was stolen he shoulda gave a bit more info then he did.
