Default vibration at 65+

So I had a slight vibration above 80 and it had been like 8 months since I had my tires balanced, and some of the sticky weights had come off, so i took it in to get them balanced and now anything above 65 gets crazy vibration.

Any thoughts? I'm thinking they just did a shitty job at the tire shop.

I had a disagreement with a median at about 55. I was going straight perpendicular to the median, the oncoming lane went straight, my lane went right, but all that was hidden by the uprise in the road until right before it. When I hit my wheels were turned to the right (naturally) and my car launched up, over and around. Right after that my ride shuttered at 65. Luckily my girl next to me made me feel better on the way home... oh yesssss.

Your alignment must suck, might want to have them check that as well if it is not the tire balance.

Right, I agree. Go ask them why it has started doing this, if they check the wheels two more times for being balanced and they come out okay, then I'd get an alignment done. It's one of the two, so you're not too far from a solution!

i would have them rebalance your wheels, get an alignment, and let us not all forget, bad motor mounts can cause this problem as well. check all your mounts, look to see if any are cracked or broken.

i'd have the tires looked at more closely.
i just had mine rotated and balanced and mine vibrate pretty good at 65+.

turn your weels sharp in either direction and look closley at the inside tread.... notice any uneven tread?

thanks for your input guys, I'll get an alignment done in a couple weeks. Also will be getting a new set of Hasport mounts to go along with my new B18C.

I'll keep you posted on what caused the vibes once I find it.
