Trade anyone clean wheels NON ROTA for a new fully built 240WHP+ B series block?

Must be 4X100
84mm JDM B20B block, ZEROOOOOOO MILEAGE! Mileage before was unknown. But the block as far as i can see is NEW.
Have receipts of mostly everything
B20B
RS MACHINE 84MM 12:1 Compression piston
Arias Stainless Rings
Slightly resurfaced Block
Shotpeened, Resized LS Rods
ARP Rod Bolts
Micropolished crankshaft
Balanced by machine shop, still have receipts
WILL INCLUDE BRAND NEW GOLDEN EAGLE 84MM HEADGASKET!!
Block set up as been dyno proven 240WHP+!!! Good stuff i tell ya.. Will include oil pan, pick up, windage, all misc nuts and bolts
Trade for some minty JDM Wheels such as Sprint Harts. SSRs..etc
Must be 4X100

Just an update on my situation...
Mr.Tech has sent me a pending Paypal eCheck refund today. Once this clears within about 3 days, he'll be taken off my black list and I'll rescind my gripes about our transaction.
