D16Z6 / D15B2 mini-me distributor problem
I installed a D16Z6 head onto my D15B2 block in my 89 civic, I had heard that the distributor was a direct bolt up... this is a LIE! The d15b2 dist. is way off on the ajustment brackets, I can only get one to line up after shaving some metal out of the hole on the front ajustment on the distributor!!! What can be done????????? I know its not timed right and I dont have much ajustment to work with here...

who ever told you that its a direct bolt on just misinformed you...
you can make a bracket for it... or you can grind out the to portion 2 of 3 and use big fender washer... thats how i did mine...
