BUILING AN ALL MOTOR SET UP ON SATURDAY...FIRST TIME EVER!!!!! USING A CROWER STROKER KIT 81.5 AND 89 STROKE,STAGE 2 CAMS CROWER, DUAL COIL SPRINGS AND TITANIUM RETAINERS, SKUNK 2 VALVES, 395 CC INJECTORS,AEM FUEL RAIL, AEM ADJ PRESSURE REGUATOR, AEM INTAKE, CP PISTONS!!!
USING STOCK MOTOR AND REBUILING IT... MOTOR GETTING BORED OUT AND CLEANED UP....HEAD GETTING PORT & POLISH AND 3 ANGLE VALVE JOB....
QUESTION IS WHAT HEADER SHOULD I USE???? BEEN TOLD TO USE A RAGE HEADER OR GREDDY OR TODA??? WHICH WOULD BE BETTER??? AND DO I NEED TO UPGRADE MY ECU TO A P28???

first stop yelling.

second, yes i would recommend socketing a p28 and running CROME for your setup. it is very user friendly and adjustable for your needs. see pgmfi.org for all the info you need and moates.net for the necessary hardware. it worked for me!

as far as header, it depends on your budget...and there are countless header vs header threads that you can search and sift through for hours. i'm in no position to comment there...i do sugget getting a header with a 2.5" collector, followed all the way back with a full 2.5" exhaust.

thanks for your input sorry it took so long to respond back... thank you......the motor will be back in hopefully this saturday got the p28 and got a shop lined up for the tuning with crome.....
