Check to see what code is setting the light to go off.

If your ride is running fine, I would'nt service it just yet.

If it wasn't serviced around 100k then you should do it now.

Don't change the dizzy unless there's a problem with it, and even then you would only need to replace maye one or two parts of it and not the whole thing. A new fuel filter and air filter are not a bad idea, spark plug wires, and new correctly-gapped spark plugs... that is, if that stuff hasn't already been changed recently.

well in the dizzy the points inside the rotor cap are pitting. i need to get a new fuel filter, i just got a new k&n filter on the cai, new oem spark plugs and properly gapped.

is it normal for the service light to come on at 111k?

thanks for the info

I have mine came on at about 115K....yeh they come on every 10000-15000 miles i think. And you can actually turn it off by yourself.

you turn the car to the "on" position and press the little button on the right side of the bottom of the dash.

The button is not on the right side of the bottom of the dash, it's on the right side of the cover under your steering wheel. I think it's green, not sure on that though, and it's in a little black box.

I've never had to do it before, but I think you just have to have the key in the II position, not started, but it'll only take a minute to try both ways.

just turn your car on to the point where all your dash lights pop on but don't start the car yet....and than you press the black button and hold it until the maint. light turns of and than from there you can start your car and it shouldn't be turned on anymore.

Yea I wasn't sure if it was green or blue. Also, about the Spoon ****, were you talking to me? Because that picture isn't of my car, I just found someone else's interior because I didn't have any good pictures that had a view of that panel.
