Default Suspension Just about done..

Ok i have put on ITR springs, shocks, rear LCA's, rear JDM Chassis bar, and finally just put on the rear R sway bar. What a damn difference. Holy **** is all i can say!! With stock crap tires my car handles like a *****. i havent even reached its limits.

Anyway my question is, is this setup good for autocrossing? or should i get stiffer springs? i dont want the slammed look. i need an inch drop and no more. please bare in mind i no nothing about autoxing. i see alot of the R guys doing but with stock suspension?

Thanks in advance

That setup performed nicely enough for Acura to name it TYPE-R, so it should perform well enough for a first time autocrosser for sure. Get a helmet, buckle up, and have fun this auto-x season. You will know when your driving skills have surpassed your suspension setup, and you will NEED something stiffer.

Good Luck,
Jon

stock ITR suspension is much more than most ITR owners can master anyhow.
the setup is perfectly balanced for optimum handling... so I wouldnt change out the springs.

even on my GSR sedan the ITR setup was incredible for autox, then I took it to Pocono !

The ITR suspension is very good...but when you decide to upgrade, the ITR setup will seem soft.
