Default need some help here with spoon parts (headers)

does spoon etch their name or logo on exhaust parts like their headers, axle back mufflers etc? I know they only label their strut bars and some of the rims have stickers, anything else?

reason i sold this header used to someone and their mechanic claims it is jdm type-r header which is bs

Show them this and tell them to expletive off...

JDM ITR header (98 spec). 96 spec is cast.

The header you apparently sold them...

Ask them if they can see the difference.

the only way what you sold could be confused as a 98 spec JDM OEM is if someone decided to cut off the heatshield bolting spots and grind the welds down etc.

The bottom half is something other than OEM ITR....but agreed about the Spoon top half.

It seems as if there is some confusion:

98 Spec JDM ITR header = one piece
Spoon header made for the 98 Spec JDM ITR's = one piece

96 Spec JDM ITR header = two piece
Spoon header made for the 96 Spec JDM ITR's = two piece

I agree with the person who said it looks like a Spoon top half with an OEM bottom half.

the bottom half is a JDM OEM SIR from either a civic or Integra another member had a discussion with me and we agreed on it based off info from this site
