I'm looking to do a little to my hatchy. I'm going to do a DPFI -MPFI conversion to get just a little more power, and am looking for suggestions on a good catback exhaust, cia, perfomance plugs and wires, and any other small mods for a stock 89 hatchy..?

plugs wires = ngk, dont waste your money on any of that ricer tastic crap.
What kind of money do you have and what kind of exhaust do you want? how loud is ok, do you want it to look stock sound stock etc?

 

nah i dont want it sound stock (some noise but not too loud), and i dont want it to look stock..

i was going to buy that tsudo ebay catback, but i read it was trash and too loud.

 

im a big tanabe fan but thats just me, not to loud until you strp on it. plus you can put the silencer in if you want it to be quiet.

 

for exhaust, if you want a good, deep tone, spend the money and get a Thermal R&D or an RSR Exmag. A cheap ebay intake is just about the same as a brand-name one, and you might consider getting a header too, if price is a problem get a Megan Racing one, only costs about $100 and doesn;t rust like that DC garbage. And don't waste money on plugs and wires, just get OEM (NGK) stuff.
