Could my head gasket be done?
Well I pulled my plugs today and I noticed that on the ground strap was light green in color, on all four. Compression test shows 300 PSI in all four cylinders, there has been no over heating what so ever. Any info is greatly appreciated.
300 psi is good. Water in oil?
If your only indicator is the corrosion on the ground strap... that's not a strong indicator of a bad gasket (considering the strap is attached to the valve cover, not the head/block union).
Better information is gleaned from compression (again, 300 is good), water and oil in the same place (either in the crankcase or radiator), and overheating. You mention none of these symptoms.
I'd clean the strap with muriatic acid (just don't get any on the paint!).

I mean the ground strap portion of the spark plugs (im running CTR pistons in a b18c1 block with b16 head. No oil in the coolant system, just want to know why the spark plug ground straps were light green in color.
