Hi all. I have a buddy (non honda-tech member) in Chapel Hill that is looking at having the engine replaced (and other work) in his 89 Wagovan. He is new to Hondas... Can you guys suggest a place that is experienced with Honda motor swaps/installs and would be able to do it for a good price?

What motor is he looking to have swapped? Depending on what it is, any when we have time, me and some of my buddies could do it as long as he provides all the parts necessary. (conversion harnesses, etc)

 

I think he wants to stay mostly stock... as in swappping out a mpfi d16A6 and putting in a sohc ZC... (basically a drop-in).
