wtf is this stuff on my rear glass after removing my tint..
so i just removed my rear tint, used the trashbag method got it off, most glue was gone, but used 100% pure ammonia to do it, and used it also to remove any excess glue so it woudlnt damage the defroster lines.. but then i wash my car and then i see these blue spquare stuff on my rear glass.. wondering wtf is it and how do i clean it.. only can see it at an angle for some reason..

I don't know exactly what it's from but I see it on my rear glass sometimes on my Accord and my car has never had tinted windows. I can only see it when the sun is hitting it right and I'm looking at it from the right angle.

I dunno man...was it there before u had the tint done? I would think its from the tint itself, but since some cars had it without having tints then I cant call it..

Yep it's normal. My Integra has never had tint and I can see it in my rear glass also, which is original OEM (heh it says "ASAHI" near the bottom left corner
).
).
i know what you are talking about....those hazy spots are on all glass...weird, but even brand new cars show it.
its the actual glass.

it has nothing to do with the aftermarket tint. you ever noticed when you go to the dealer and you look at a new car. on the sticker sheet on the window it has a list of **** that's on the car. ever noticed it says tinted windows.
well that's what it is. car makers put it on the windows. it's to prevent the suns rays from penetrating in (damn, i forgot exactly what rays). that's why not only hondas have them. other car companies have them on their models as well.
i had them on my kia sephia ( i know, but it was my first car and i was only like 16, plus it was free, couldn't complain). went to the dealership one time and this is what they told me. according to the dealer.

ic.. thanks for everybodys help then. guess its normal.. ahha i was thinkin the 100% ammonia did it cause that **** was strong... but ko0 aint no thang but a chicken waang
the vertical line that look like dots running across the top of the hatch window, is that the defroster? My **** looks all scratched, i wanted to know if it can be removed or get it redone? Anyone know what I'm talking about?
If you wear a pair of sunglasses and look at tinted windows on any car, I believe you see the same type of spots.
