PROTHANE motor mount question!!!???

do the prothane upper mount kits for integras do they have to be pressed in or are they like the ES lower mounts how they slide together

and does anyone have pics

I always thought the top mounts were a full piece,
being you swap out the whole thing, and then have a new mount.

the tranny and rear mount are the the torque mounts but the drivers sied you have to press out

motor mounts, or motor mount inserts,

prothane are inserts, i used to have them,

rear tranny & upper tranny you slide in, and the driver side you press out old and press in new
