Compliments of pissedoffsol from another website:

Converting 1992-95 VX to 4 wire O2 using VX engine harness

All wires are present except for the power input, but all wiring can be done using the existing wires in the engine and cabin harness. The following wiring will trace the wires, color-coded, from the engine harness side of the shock tower plug to the O2 sensor you are wiring. Most all wires have color changes at each junction.

D14 - ORG/BLU at O2 plug (engine harness side) - WHT (4 wire O2 plug)
D22 - GRN/WHT at O2 plug (engine harness side) - GRN (4 wire O2 plug)
A6 - YEL/BLK at O2 plug (engine harness side) - BLK (4 wire O2 plug) There are 2 BLK wires and either one can make either connection. The second BLK wire needs to be connected at B1 or A25. The easiest thing to do is unpin D16 (BLU/GRN) at the ECU and tap it into B1 (YEL/BLK) or A25 (YEL/BLK). Then on the engine harness side O2 connector, connect the ORG wire to the BLK O2 wire.

Thanks! I needed to know the same thing. It's weird that VX's keep popping up now... last year nobody knew that much about them. Kinda ironic how the gas prices go up and people take the economy cars and swap them...

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by streetracerjoey210 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">so what i need to do is d-pin from ecu harness to engine harness.? at shock tower.?????? is that correct?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Cut the 5 wire O2 connector off first. Then you are left with 5 wires.
Check the wire colors at the connector for your 5 wire O2...the colors on this list should be in there. All you do is follow the instructions for the first three wires...you should then have one black wire left over. Hook this black wire up to the orange at the 5 wire O2 plug, then go inside at the ECU, cut the blue/green wire at D16, and splice it into the yellow/black (pin B1).
So:
D14 - ORG/BLU at 5 wire O2 plug (engine harness side) - WHT (4 wire O2 plug)
D22 - GRN/WHT at 5 wire O2 plug (engine harness side) - GRN (4 wire O2 plug)
A6 - YEL/BLK at 5 wire O2 plug (engine harness side) - BLK (4 wire O2 plug)
ORANGE at 5 wire O2 plug (engine harness side - BLK (4 wire O2 plug)
Then, cut BLU/GRN at pin D16 and splice into B1 YEL/BLK.
5 easy steps.

the only problem with running the heater power through the blu/grn-orange-black wire (it changes colors in the harness) is that it resides in the O2 shielding. that defeats the purpose of the shielding.
running a seperate wire is the way to go for the heater power. (run it to the yel/blk wires at the driver's shock tower)
to be a purist you should run the ground wire as well, heater ground should be a power ground and not a logic ground like that yel wire is.
run the grn 4-wire O2 sensor wire to the ground wires on the thermostat housing.

If you are running a chipped ECU you can always disable the O2 sensor heater as well.
