i was wondering if i get a SiR front bumper.. do i need fenders, hoods etc??

 

it will bolt right up if you still haev the 96-98 front end on it, all sir bumpers (the ones with mouldings) are 96-98 bumpers

EK9 is the CTR, not the SiR.

You're looking for the '96-98 EK4 bumper.

Technically not true.

Honda did optional stick on ones like they did for the eg. Well at least they did in Japan/UK

JDM fenders are exactly the same as USDM fenders other than the addition of the side marker hole.

They were not integral to the molded bumper cover.
