Whats the difference?
search some more, and in archives but in a nutshell
SH is Sport Handling. the ATTS (Advanced Torque Transfer System) transfers all the power to the outside front wheel during a turn, which helps eliminate understeer. makes the car handle great. there are other nitpicky differences, but nobody cares that much about those (spoiler, leather shift ****, etc)
if you want to build the motor (turbo, etc) get a base model cuz ATTS gives out around 220 whp.
if you're gonna leave the car pretty stock and drive/track/autocross it, go SH. or, just get whichever cleanest car you find

Sweet thanks. Yeah I need a reliable daily driver and I am an autox fan so I was looking at an RSX or a Prelude SH. Both have low miles but the RSX is 21k out the door and the lude probably 14
.
.
the rsx has one incredible motor. it's lighter than the SH, and it's a hatchback. plus, it's a 6-speed and gets better mileage. but with the money you save, you could do some cool stuff to the lude. also, the rsx has struts up front, which kinda sucks. the sh will definitely handle better right out of the box. me, i'd probably go with the lude, for the difference in money you're talking. your call.
edit -- i'm assuming you're talking about an RSX-S
