Can EK coilovers fit on an Integra?
the ek uses narrower bushings in the lca that the shock mounts to.
you will have to gring the bushings down in order to make the ek shocks fit.
you will have to do this every time you replace the bushings as long as you are using those shocks.
or you could buy the parts specifically for your car.

Other then the LCA bushings, is there are there any differences in dimensions? If i were to grind down the bushings will it effect the performance of the suspension in any way. They are OMNI power full coilovers.
Here is a pic for reference:
The bushing is too wide. If I were to grind it down, would it effect performance? Is there a difference in lengths between EK and DC integra coilovers?

It shouldn't effect performance. You could also contact Omnipower to see if they can sell you two of the bottom sections for a DC/EG. They should just thread off and on.
