I am new to the GC setup but as far as I can tell, there are two different GC, one for Konis and one for other shocks. The seller is saying I can use either shocks. Is there like an adapter that can be added on to fit Koni shocks?

How do I know if it will fit Koni shocks?

I do not track, and drive mildy aggressive on the street. Will GC + Koni Red be a good combo? If I were to adjust the height, would I need an alignment? It seems costly to align th car 2 tmes a year just for the winter season. Would H&R race springs be too low for winter?

This is for an EJ8 with the stock lip.

 

those wont fit koni shocks properly.

they used to have an adaptor. not sure if you can get it any more or if its even still recommended.

Those are missing the rubber cover on top of the springs (called the top hat?) and the threaded part has a non-threaded section, which my Koni-specific springs don't have.
