Default How do i know which type of half shaft i have ?

Obviously i dont have the 3 to measure , but does anyone know the actual size of the integra intermediate shaft ? have the following info below

90-93 Integra which comes with the S1, J1 or A1
transmission. It comes on most of the B16As and and all US 90-93 Integras. 95% of thetime, the proper axle for this is the 90-93 Integra axles. For a good fit, the axles andcar will have to be modified by removing the spacer in the hub and removing thedust seal on the outer joint. the SIR intermediate shaft and the is about an inch longer.

my transmission is a j1...
is the info above reliable ?
