Default Team Dyamics Pro Race 1.2 good for daily driving?

Do you think that the Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 (14”x7”/38mm offset) rim would be a good choice for strong, lightweight wheels for daily driving?
I have not heard anything bad about these rims and was curious if they are good for real roads...not just smooth tracks.
I have some nice 195/60-14 tires with a lot of tread and thought if I had them remounted on these 14x7s I could have some nice lighweight rims & save some money. Also, the 60 sidewalls would provide some more pothole protection
Any comments on Team Dynamics wheels would be appreciated

Thanks,
JQP

Generally lightweight wheels are more expensive. I don't know how you think they will save you money. If you wish to save money get some used steel rims. Those should be very cheap. If it is a daily driver you have no need for performance rims.....unless you just want to do it for the looks, then that is a totally different story.

Also chances are 195/60s are probably too big for your car but if you tell me what car you drive I will be able to confirm that.

Cheers.

I would "save" money by using the tires that I already have on my car and not buying new ones for larger 15" rims. I don't want to replace them because they still have a lot of good treadlife left.
I am currently running stock 98' Integra RS steel 14x5.5 rims (18# each) with Yokohama Avid H4 195/60R-14's. My plan was to put these tires onto a set of TD 14x7 rims...according to the Tirerack these tires will fit on these rims.
This is for my daily driver but, I like to enjoy my drive. Are you saying that I won't feel the difference between 18# wheels and 11.5# wheels in the daily drive?

i run them daily on my 4 door EG
they are excellent wheels for the price. overall quality just seems nicer then your typical ROTA, etc. or lets say the "FINISH" overall looks better then most other $100 wheels.
i run them with 225/40/14 Toyo T1R's. not the best tire, but i like the width and they work great in the rain. and provides much better gearing with my LS tranny

They are a good, strong wheel. My mate has a set on his V6 Hyundai Coupe (you guys call it a Tiburon or something, right?) They're quite popular over here, go for it.
