so as you can see this is gonna be a not so good story....i was just arriving at my college this morning and was parked where i always park. i was getting all of my crap together for class and i felt a nice thump that shook me and my car...now normally i would just start cussin at one of my friends out the window cause they love to bumper jump me and yea...but this time i turned around and found a nice 37,000 lb Food Services of America delivery truck on my back bumper instead. He had aparently backed up and thought he was going to make the corner and well...didn't. the cargo box of his truck hit my rear driver side c-pillar bar and cracked and scratched my rear hatch, plus some denting, then when he pulled away, the loading dock step on the rear of the truck, convienently got behind my rear wheel and ripped my rear bumper off and mangled it up nicely. Hell of a way to start your morning huh? but from what i hear they pay out of pocket cash and dont deal with insurance cause the deductables are too high for the trucks...so the plus side is that i'm getting some very expensive body work done and a kick *** FREE PAINT JOB.....so anyone around seattle know any good spots to get that done?

 

Im waiting to that to happen to me actually...I sit in the walrmart parking lot all day and wait ofr idiots..haha no i heard someone say to do that but man a free paint job!!

 

Haha that's a good idea, I'm gonna start parking by the big company trucks... I need money.

I wouldn't try and shaft them, the drivers too need to pay for a portion of it, just get the damn thing fixed

 

i'm not going to milk it for more then it's worth, but i sure don't want any money out of my pocket going into it when they're the ones that caused the damage. but i've been leaning now more towards doing the repairs myself and then getting it painted somewhere. so i'm gonna need a new bumper i guess, and a good paintshop

 

that sucks man... good thing is that u didnt get hurt. But on the bright side, u gotta free paint job! hell yeah! id help u on a good body shop, but unfotunely im not from around there. Good luck bro!
