Okay i feel like tiger for whinnie the poo.. I installed the omni full coil over over the past week. The front is perfect not bouncy at all. but the rear bounces constantly. if i go over a speed bumb it will bounce at least 3 times. Is there anything I could do to reduce the bouncyness. I searched the problem and some people suggested looseing the spring to give more travel and give a better ride. Or should i stiffen the springs?

By "tension", I'm assuming you mean that you've dropped the perch down by twisting it. If you relieve the sprung weight of vehicle by lifting it on a jack, and drop the perch just enough until your spring starts to loosen up under the upper spring seat, that's the most "tension" relief you can do to make a difference.
Sounds like you don't have enough damping on the shock for the high spring rate.

But.. isnt omni supposed make sure the rate and dampering is right to give the best ride? and not be bouncy. I guess I should just drop the bottom perch more. or take out the speaker box cause i dont need bass.

it sounds like you could have had an issue with coil-bind, which is when the spring can't compress anymore when the suspension compresses. lowering the perch would help prevent that, but it's not going to get progressively better as you drop the perch more.
