Default Removing pins from ECU clips B and C?

im in the middle of doing a dpfi- mpfi b16 swap and im having the hardest time figureing out how too remove the pins from clips B and C. is there some trick to it? clip A is simple with an eyeglass screwdriver.

i pulled out the white plastic inserts on the back of clip B yet they still wont budge, how do i loosen them?

I found it was easier if I sharpened the eyeglass screwdriver (shave metal off the flat sides). Its a bitch.
