Banging/rattling rear suspension
I'm due for a new suspension(springs and shocks anyway) in my car, but I'm trying to make what I have last as long as I can. I'm getting married and moving all by the end of the month, and I just rebuilt my motor. So I'm broke at the moment.
My current setup is a 2000 Si with Progress Springs, Tokico Blues, stock front strut bar, unknown brand rear strut bar, and front and rear Progress sway bars.
The problem is when I hit even the smallest bumps in the road, the back end makes a real shitty banging and rattling sound. I looked under the car, and it almost looks like the sway bar might be hitting the LCA. Is this possible? When I installed it a few years back, I dont remember it sitting that close. Or am I just in need of new shocks/springs? Any thoughts?

Check to make sure that you haven't bent one of those long bolts that attaches the sway bar to the perch mounted to the shock bolt. I took my car through a car wash right after I got my rear Progress sway bar and the guide track in the car wash bent the hell out of that bolt because it hangs so low.
Also check to see if you broke an exhaust hanger near the muffler. The bar is so close to the muffler pipe, it will touch if it sags just a little.
